My confidence in this coaching staff and their decisions went from a 10 to a 5 after this game. That TO on the field goal giving UNI time to draw up a run into the end zone. Throwing long on first down with a lead and UNI having one TO left in the game...smh.

The worse performance I've ever seen was 2014 game at KU. But that can't really count since the football team has to show up to actually count as a performance (to this day i contend that it was swamp gas out on the field and the way the lights hit the gas it looked like cyclone uniforms). This...this game was the second worse performance I've ever seen.

The tone of JW and Bruns after the game was very sobering. They seemed resigned and have accepted their fate that this season is going to be a long one. The players also seemed resigned as well.

That's fine, just don't come back when we're competing for a big 12 championship next year.

I've been a season ticket holder for 16 years and it is really wearing on me. I'm very bummed right now - all the extremists - from the pessimistic to the optimistic are all pissing me off.

If only Manning could crap lineman. What did you expect early on? Let's see if there is improvement throughout the year and over the years. Making a judgement from one game when things really look no worse than last year is too hasty. We weren't ever going to do much this year barring an absolute miracle.

I'm just very tired. Tired of seeing the same thing year after year after year.

New coaching staff, nothing has changed. Looks like the same offense to me, except we actually pass even less now and run even worse. But I seriously don't see any difference. Plays look the same.

I live in CR and have watched both Good-Jones and Meeker over the years in high school, and they weren't even that dominant in high school to be honest, and now they are basically both nearly starting for us as RS freshman. Our OL is REALLY bad folks.

And the worst part, our DL isn't much better. UNI owned BOTH lines of scrimmage all night long. Even when we were up 13-7 I knew the game was over. UNI was dominating the trenches and we just had gotten lucky on 2 long passes.

Bruns confused the hell out of me after the game when he said ISU was clearly the better team, but made too many mistakes to win. Wut?? That's total BS. Nearly a 200 yd advantage in rushing. 10 mins more time of possession for UNI also. UNI dominated all phases of the game. So how can anyone possibly say we were the "better team".

We truly are one of the worst P5 teams in the nation nearly every year, and it isn't changing this year. Hey, there's always next year!!

I was super surprised when Good-Jones was penciled in as a starter, for pretty much the same reason as Clonedude, I'm also friends with a coach on CRW's staff who is surprised.

We fired rhoads for that pile of dog **** worth of coaching?

That's the worst part. We knew the players suck. Coaches were supposed to be good.
