Park seems like the guy. I see the advantage of bringing Lanning in for two or three drives as a change of pace (and to make teams prepare for him), but Park is the guy.

If we had a solid line I'd agree. When whoever our QB is gets physically assaulted by Big 12 talent I think the bigger stronger guy may be better. I'm more than happy to mix them up this year as the line rebuilds.

i know lots of you boners like the idea of a Iowan at QB, but it isn't close. Maybe Lanning can get some bigger pads and play LB.

Man I love Lanning's attitude and all but its getting tougher and tougher to not favor Park as a full-time QB. I think you could still put Lanning in for certain Red Zone plays and run him along.

Park is hot passing right now...He is just a better passer..sees the whole field and gets the ball out quicker on those screens as well. Why the hell we went for 2 there is beyond me..Why do that?

I really like Joel. Good kid, really good athlete, tough as nail, hard worker. I want him to succeed. That said, the O is just more fluid with Park. A blind man can see it.

Lanning needs to be on the field in some capacity though. He's too good of an athlete not to be. Just maybe not at QB. There are a lot of options.
