I really hope this team can improve but we are in a lot of trouble the way we are playing right now. Does everyone else think we will get better or were people like me expecting way too much out of this team this year?

If we don't shoot the ball well. We are going to lose. A lot.
Prohm looks clueless. Two games in a row we got out-coached.
Brutal offense.....
Bad shooting.... too much dribbling around one on one before passing it out with 3 second on the clock.

Hard to understand how after the "tough to take" loss to Gonzaga (per Prohm) it is even possible for the EXACT sloppy ending to not only the OT of this game but regulation as well. The obvious direction to the team in all of these situations is Monte to the basket, if it's not there, dish it out. Clearly bad decisions are being made by Morris (and others) but who is coaching in these final seconds?
Naz needs to wake up. He's that missing X factor. Not one single basket tonight.
has cost us two games. Run the offense or chuck up contested shots? Need to make better decisions last few minute of games. Sorry im stating the obvious.
Prohm has a lot of work to do. His coaching down the stretch of games is just embarrassing.
We will be fine. Cincy is the exact type of team we will struggle with this season, especially if our shots aren't falling. Guarantee we won't have another game this bad offensively.
Gonna happen when you play to a system and not to player strengths. Monte is not a scorer, so don't make him play one on one and score. Shooting off a screen going left is not an easy shot for a right handed player, so don't have your right handed players shoot it. I'm not a big fan of the pick and roll offense, but that's just me. Improved defense, but you cannot grind it out with a team who is owning you on the boards.
The coaching was pretty rough in this game, particularly on that last possession. At least we can redeem 10 leftover timeouts for a home win at the end of the season.

We've got some work to do, but we lost an OT game by 1 to a really good team. Get a grip.
The end of the Gonzaga game, the end of regulation in this game, and the end of OT was just horrible. I don't understand what they were trying to do on offense in any of those 3 scenarios.

Too much standing around, not enough passes, no flow, no spacing. offense is a dumpster fire at the expense of better defense. this may pay off in the long run but isnt doing us much good now.
He has improved our D, but totally destroyed any resemblance of an offense except one and one.
