Saw this when I was looking up Alexis Yetna, anybody hear anything on this JUCO Shazville Carter?

Idk if he reminds me of any former cyclones specifically but I think I know what probably caught Prohm's eye. Shoots it lefty.

Perhaps no player improved their stock this weekend more than Shakur Juiston. Despite being undersized at 6-foot-6 and roughly 200 lbs., Juiston consistently out-fought much bigger players for rebounds and scored when he needed to. In eight games at the Peach Jam, Juiston averaged 8.4 points and nine rebounds per game. His partner in crime in the post, Moustapha Diagne, also had a very good weekend, averaging 9.4 points and 8.4 rebounds.

Northeast Basketball Club won back to back Jam Fest Tournaments and Shakur was terrific in both events. An intangible to note about him is he steps up in the big games. He led his team in the championship game, sparking a big comeback after falling behind early in the game. Shakur is a great defender and passer, and great at getting to the paint. He will be a nice pick up for a D1 school.

Elijah Cain and Shakur Juiston were a big part of the New Jersey Playaz run to the Peach Jam crown. Who is recruiting the talented duo?
Isaiah Briscoe received majority of the ink during the New Jersey Playaz run through Peach Jam, but without Shakur Juiston and Elijah Cain a championship at Nike’s most prestigious grassroots event wouldn’t have been possible.
Juiston, a 6-foot-7 power forward, played with effort and energy on both ends of the floor. He was active on the glass and used his athleticism to impact the game.
“Shakur might be the best athlete on my team,” New Jersey Playaz team director Jimmy Salmon told Scout.com. “He was measured at 6-7 and he has a 7-feet-1 wingspan. He’s a great defender and believes that every rebound is his and he’s tough as nails.”
“He’s done that all year,” Salmon added. “He’s quietly been our unsung hero because he always plays the tougher post player at 6-7. He’s the reverse from the norm. In high school he’s a three man on his team. For us he’s a four. He’s as gritty as they come. He’s total glue guy for us.”
Juiston currently has interest from MAC schools, plus St. Peters, Fairleigh Dickinson and Long Island University. Those three have offered him a scholarship. Juiston hasn yet to take a college visit.

Yep, and it sounds like he's pretty hard nosed. That goes a long way in basketball, IMO.
Hogue, Hogue and more Hogue. That's all I can picture with Juiston.
jr year houge yes, sr year hogue no as far as what would be great for a recruit to ideally pick up.
What? We would take a Hogue-Sr year every class if we could.
