This week will be like PGA separation Saturday. Baylor visits both Morgantown and Manhattan. Ku goes to Norman, then gets the Pokes at home, before Big Monday at Ames. It will clear up quickly.

I'm sure the teams will jump around some, but I'm pretty confident this is the grouping. Maybe TCU and OK St flip flop, I don't have a good read on either of them.

Not sure why you would put Baylor over WVU. But I agree with the rest of it. TCU beat Texas in Austin last night.

It's not a poll ranking, just how I see the final standings. I still think Baylor will finish higher.

Exactly what the target is often can be challenging. Today, WVU seems superior to Baylor. How this all finishes is beyond my pay grade due to injuries, development of each squad and the like. Football is even more difficult that way, at least for me and due mostly to injuries. Tech may be most undervalued due to their seniority and depth.

I'm curious to see how Baylor responds to their beat-down.

These groupings seem accurate now. It really feels like any road win is a good one, regardless of your position. I've been impressed with the strides that Tech and TCU have made already.

There are some really good coaches in this league.

This isn't getting any easier. Biggest jump this week is TCU. Got to love that hire.

If KU wins tonight, no change. If ISU wins tonight, WVU goes to one, Baylor 2, KU 3, ISU 4 and TCU 5.

Didn't see anything Monday to change this ranking. ISU played their hearts out before a great crowd and lost to a better team which had way more tools. Play like that against any other on the list and ISU probably wins. I thought Morris was special.

1. Kansas
2. West Virginia (tiebreaker for win over Baylor, although BU has stronger body of work)
Baylor
4. TCU (advantage over ISU for head-to-head; ISU may have big-picture resume advantage)
Iowa State
Texas Tech (tie w/ Iowa State; loss at ISU, but quality win vs. WVU)
7. Kansas State (similar to ISU for close “quality losses” -- Maryland, at KU, at Tech, but Iowa State's "good losses" are better); no good wins.
8. Oklahoma State (rough start in Big 12, but played both at BU and at KU, does have a road win at WSU)
9. Texas (challenging non-con schedule, little to show for it)
10. Oklahoma
