Like it - open up space for LanRam to run and pass block for Park. Think we ought to have a 2 qb set and totally f*** up the B12 defenses.

This is an interesting concept since lanning is plenty big enough and strong enough to pass protect as a RB. Put them both in the gun and switch who is taking the snap depending on the play call. It would give the defense 0 time to adjust....

Joking but a Part of me is curious

Ala QBs Buddy Hardeman and Wayne Stanley. Earle "Jelly Roll" Bruce had us #2 in the country with those two in the backfield from time to time.

I think they really like the young guys they've recruited but they also need immediate guys to fill holes and balance out the scholarships. If they can land Rodgers our offensive line may have just went from question mark to strength.

I wouldn't be surprised if we have a package for this at all. I think that they will put together some interesting play sets for Joel in the off season. I would love to see a run pass option with him.

Staff really likes young guys like Sean Foster (he could've played last yer), Keenan Forbes and Josh Mueller, but obviously grad transfers have the experience level they don't. Getting Rodgers along with Dawson would be an immense help. Add them to Campos and Good-Jones and that's a pretty solid foundation up front.

Who do we think projects as center? The USC transfer if we get him? Or Good-Jones?

I would guess that they would like to keep JGJ at tackle if possible for depth reasons.

With that said, you need to get the best 5 on the field band if that includes Foster then very likely that it could be

T: Campos
G: Dawson
C: JGJ
G: Rodgers
T: Foster

Obviously this would depend on Rodgers committing.

The only thing I would change on this is moving Rodgers to center. JGJ will likely be the back up tackle if needed. I think they would rather have the same center all year since that is harder to change than a guard. My 2 deep would look like this.

Campos, JGJ
JGJ, Oge or dawson
Rodgers, JGJ
Dawson, oge
Foster, JGJ

They will likey list someone else as second string tackle behind either Campos or foster, but it will actually be JGJ...he will be the utility guy this year. I just wouldn't be surprised by this since he was the best center and tackle from last year's team

I posted that lineup IF Foster was in top 5. I don't think that he will be initially. He has a fairly long way to go in the weight department from what Campbell said. He's 290ish which isn't bad except for the fact that he's 6'8. Gun to my head (CW line) my depth chart for UNI would look like this (again assuming we get Rodgers).

LT 1. Campos 2. Foster
LG 1. Meeker 2. Udeogu
C 1. Rodgers 2. JGJ 3. Windham
RG 1. Dawson 2. Forbes 3. Garcia
RT 1. JGJ 2. Mueller

We don't get Rodgers, then you slide Campos to RT, Foster moves up to LT 1, and JGJ slides to Center.

If we land Rodgers, then we have a much better OL Depth Chart than originally expected.

They took the recruits to Seven Oaks to go tubing. Hopefully this isn't a deal breaker for any of the non commits.

I was too late for the "inb4 obamacare complaints". I wonder what else Obama lied about... I'll be waiting for this substantial list the dwarfs the bulls*** Trump has pulled so far.

I suppose Trump lied about grabbing women by the p****, too, or is that the only thing he has truthfully told us about?
Ummm...wrong thread???
