I read somewhere that he had a 3 years contract. Curious whether pro contracts typically have some type of insurance rider that will pay the remaining money to his family in a situation like this.

Which forum is the "Bryce DeJean Jones is dead" thread in?

Hopefully in the "vault" forum never to be seen again. Reading that thread this weekend made me sick to be associated with some "Cyclone" fans and I almost retired from the site in disgust.

I thought I had read in articles the the police department would be releasing more details today but have not seen any new information so far today

This is such a sad story with a sadder ending. My daughter is just days older than his. And that is the saddest part, his daughter not really ever knowing him. :(
