Somebody go tell Bucknell and Colgate to get ready to serve KU's three year probation. NCAA will be in contact within the next 10 days and they have been designated to be the Kansas official scapegoat.
Probably not. The FBI doesn't care who you are. The NCAA isn't investigating anything right now. Why would they? The FBI is kicking ass and taking names on a federal level.

The FBI doesn't care about programs, or scholarships, or post-season bans though. The FBI may kick individuals asses, but unless the NCAA hands out punishment to the bluebloods those programs will recover just like PSU.Probably not. The FBI doesn't care who you are. Courtesy of the FBI the NCAA now has evidence they could not previously get. Let's see if they do anything with it. They may need to in order to save themselves.
I don't think anyone can be confident that any school is not involved. The influence of shoe companies and AAU programs have become completely entwined in the college game.
It will be interesting to see how insulated head coaches kept themselves from their recruiting 'acquisition' arms. Self last night whined on about how difficult the business had become because of bad actors on the periphery.
Ya, one of many reasons I have a lot of hate for the NCAA. There are schools out there throwing hooker parties, paying players, providing low income housing to players, taking tests for player, etc, and nothing seems to happen to them. ISU gets probation for a crap hamburger and a $20 taxi ride.

KSU? I will add the below picture if this goes back multiple years.I think this just proves the point about how difficult it is for the ISUs and KSUs of the world to compete. It's hard enough when KU can just walk into any living room and recruit a kid; on top of that, you've got athletic companies actively pushing the top talent to these teams. Complete ********.
Frank Martin was effectively fired at K-State over NCAA violation concerns plus some other stuff. You probably don't recall then K-State A.D., John Currie, pulling Jamar Samuels from the NCAA tournament and Frank protesting then resigning to take the USC,e job later that year. I hope it does come up because I believe the guy is crooked. Beasley and others came to K-State because of Hug's and Frank's assistant, Delonte Hill, a monied AAU coach, who later served time in jail.Surly, you better hope they don't go too far back with Lamont Evans and also Frank Martin.
Yeah, I’m guessing the NCAA will come in when the smoke has cleared and assess penalties on the programs themselves based on the findings of the FBI.
Didn't he serve jail time because of multiple DUI's?Frank Martin was effectively fired at K-State over NCAA violation concerns plus some other stuff. Could, sure, but the way surly worded that it made it seem as he was implying Hill served jail time for corruption or some NCAA/Federal violation, and there isn't any indication that is the case.Maybe he can serve for 2 things?
