The 1997-98 went 12-18 in an easier conference. They were likely better, too.

2001-02 went 12-19. They had senior Tyray Pearson and sophomores of Jake Sullivan, Shane Power, and Marcus Jefferson. Also Omar Bynum and freshman Homan. I’m assuming they played some defense. Likely better than this team.

Remember when everyone thought Burton sucked last year? Good times.

To be fair, burton sucked about half the time. The other half he was incredible. Maybe the best on our team when he was on. We didn't have good deonte/bad deonte jokes for nothing.

There's no way our talent is as bad as we look. I know we lost a lot, but we look like we've never played the game. Stop overthinking and play basketball! Talley is the only one that is showing any kind of fluidity.

It's early, but this really could be worse than any McDermott team.

This team has a lot of talent. Just going to take time to put it together. Hopefully we find a way to get this one and start getting confidence
