One of the worst games I've ever seen an Iowa State team play. I do think Tennessee is pretty good and worth their ranking, but a 23 point loss to them in Hilton is absolutely unacceptable.
Worst game since the McDermott era. Not even close. I'm not just talking about the outcome, I'm talking about how not a single player looked like they cared. I love Prohm, but that is concerning... he's got to coach them up again.

Barnes is a good coach, but it’s been since McDermott that I’ve watch a Rick Barnes team be that much more physical and tough than ISU in Hilton. Very frustrating to watch.

I think Prohm needs to contact Fred and ask him for those offensive plays he had penned on napkins while watching NBA games, when he was at ISU. Prohm is not going to win in the BIG 12 if he does not know how to run a smooth team offense.
I thankfully missed the game but saw TCU get beat by Vandy in person.... that was ugly. I can’t believe that this TCU team killed us... must be a really bad year.
Offense seems to be getting worse.... I've never seen so many missed layups by one team in my life.

At what point should a person start wondering about how much better we can be next year? Not that I don't think they can't take a step forward, and that the additions to next years team could bring more talent. But right now this team, and specifically the players that are supposed to be impact players next year, are starting to look like they don't care on the floor when things are not going well. Which right now seems like all the time.

This part is dumb. This team totally lacks upper class leadership. That has little to do with Prohm. Next year's team will be vastly better. Time to hand the keys to Wiggi and sit Babb more. Like to see more of Lewis and Long as well.
