I have completed both of my mock drafts. One will have no trades and the other will have trades. I was trying to post them both to the Team Blue Balls site, but when I hit the publish button, nothing happens. It could be wix messing up, but I'm sure it's probably this pile of spam computer. So for now I have posted the 'no trades' mock draft on the Team Blue Balls facebook page. Here is the link to the post:

I'll be shocked if Lamar Jackson slips that far. I think there's a good chance that the first three picks are all going to be Allen, Darnold and Mayfield in that order, and if that happens there's going to be a land rush for the remaining prospects. QB needy teams won't be able to sit back and hope someone falls to them. They're going to have to move up to get their guy.

I have seen my Packers either take this guy you have going to them

14. Green Bay: DE Marcus Davenport (UTSA)

Or Josh Jackson from Iowa. Right now I think Green Bay needs defensive backs. Jackson looks like a good pick and is a solid player. Davenport looks like he has loads of potential. So it's between a someowhat proven kid or a high reward guy.

My mock draft that includes trades has the first 4 picks being QB's. I will post that one soon.

Intriguing. I haven't heard much about the Browns trading out of either of their picks but I guess if the right deal was offered it could happen.

It's a good year to be at the top of the draft and not have a glaring need at QB. Some really talented guys are going to fall past the top ten.

If you get a shot at a pass rusher with elite potential you have to take the risk. Those guys are just too hard to find. Solid corners and defensive backs can be found later in the draft. Just my thoughts.

i've seen a lot of people on reddit saying they like Denzel Ward from OSU over Jackson. I think i'd like to see more pass rush though.

At this point they are just going off what the pro draft people say. I have no reason to believe either of them is better than the other. We have had some good luck with Iowa Hawkeyes on the packers. Even though I hate to say it.

i know haha, it's painful to think about. Hopefully Bulaga and Daniels can stay healthy this year.

My mock draft that includes trades has the Browns making two major trades in the first round and they end up getting QB Josh Allen, DB Minkah Fitzpatrick AND T Mike McGlinchey. I'll have rhat posted soon. It's pretty interesting.

Respect on all of the work you put into this. Regarding Barkley I can't see the Giants taking him at 2. They can't afford to pass on a QB if they keep that pick. If they have a decent/good year they won't be anywhere near the top of the draft next year and will lose their shot at a top college QB. I think Barkley goes to the Browns at 1 or 4, or else the Colts at 6.

Curveball! I think this is just smoke. If I had to guess right now I'd say the top three will be Darnold to CLE, Barkley to NYG, and Mayfield to the Jets at three. After that I have no idea. I'm pretty sure the Browns will stay put at four and take the best non-QB on their board, but after that the Broncos and Colts could both be candidates to move down. My gut feeling is that Denver will stay put at 5, and the Colts will swap first rounders with Buffalo and use some of their load of picks to move back into the end of the first round. I know Tennessee at 25 and the Eagles at 32 are both making noise about moving out of the first round. Philly would make a ton of sense given Frank Reich's connections there. Two picks in the first round plus three more in the second round would go a long way towards replenishing Indy's roster.

Ward is going first in pretty much every mock I've seen. He ran a 4.32. He'll definitely go before Jackson.

If Cleveland likes 3 of the top QBs equally, or even close to equally, it would make no sense to take one of them with their first pick. Take Chubb or Saquon first, then one of those QBs will still be there at 4.

That's a fair point, but I suspect that they're locked in on Darnold and have been for a while. They can't take a chance on a project like Allen, and they can't risk waiting until four to get him either because I think he's the only QB the Giants would even consider at the second spot.

I haven't been following the Browns much, didn't know if they'd be just as happy with Allen or Rosen. If Darnold is the guy they want then it makes sense. He likely wouldn't make it past #2.

Their GM has played it really close to the vest, so I'm just guessing. But I do think that Darnold is their guy. Too much boom or bust potential with Allen, and the red flags around Mayfield and Rosen are a little more significant than Darnold's.

I'm just hoping the New York football Giants take Saquon.

Yeah, it seems like a good fit. If they're truly sold on Eli for the next couple years then they better surround him with some playmakers. Their receiving corps looks pretty well set. Add Barkley to the mix and there's a group that could prop Manning up.
