Thank you so much - I need this reminder. I've over-planned, and have spent the last few days dialing it back because I want time to just chill.



I'm really curious to have a point of reference now with the pizza! Aw, that's so nice that she has a friend over there - how much fun would that be for her to go visit?!

Pizza in Italy is pretty cool. You'll definitely find some odd toppings(hotdogs for one). Paninis ( specifically, mushrooms and mozzarella) were one of my favorite foods on the go along with pizza by the slice. Gelato is freaking addictive and espresso is excellent.

Thank you! I have ALL THE PASTA on my itinerary. And pizza - I've found the best pizzerias in Rome. I can't wait to breathe the fresh, salty air and see things that were around before Jesus!

Apparently @Angie is cheating on me now. This is devastating. I thought we had a bond that couldn’t be broken, but I was just lied to.

One of the places we're going to is Bonci Pizzarium. Apparently they only use fresh ingredients, so there's no set menu - and the ingredients can be nuts!

Down to 8 emails! I feel so accomplished.

Also, after two nights of sleeping great (probably because we were super tired) last night my body decided Hawaii time was best time. Tossed and turned all night. And then somebaby - not going to name names - decided that 4am was dance party time. I don't even know how they have enough limbs to poke all those places at once.

I"ve got to take about 45 minutes to organize/write down/figure out a lot of stuff for myself. Between looking for a job, and working the two current jobs, and then neither of those two current jobs having a set schedule, I really have to make sure I keep things in line. I was thinking yesterday about Mother's Day cards, and the plethora that I need to obtain, then which ones need to mailed vs. hand-delivered, etc. It then suddenly popped in my brain "[Niece's on husband's side] birthday is right after Mother's Day. Oy!" 'Nother thing on the list.
