Sad news. Still remember the day they left the mic on when they were on commercial break where Marty Tirrell went on a tirade which led to both of them getting fired from KXNO.

Perfect time to bring this up. Kudos.

Wasn't meant to be disrespectful, just the last memory I have of his days on KXNO. There used to be pages worth of threads here complaining how horrible his show was, I actually didn't mind him. If you compare him to anyone on KXNO right now none of them have the rolodex of people to call up and interview like he did. He actually hosted sports talk and didn't have to fill his show with a bunch of non-sports fluff to fill the time.

Wow! That is crazy and sad! I use to listen to Cotlar and company in the morning and him calling Drake games occasionally. Didn't he have a bout with cancer? If so, crazy to think he would survive that to end up going like this.

Marty was being an *******.

As I recall, Cotler was on the air and Marry stormed in throwing F-bombs all around. Larry and his producer threw a few themselves and didn't cut off the live feed
