As much as I hate Ohio State, I'm Ryan Day's biggest fan this season. Win Big Ten, make playoffs and make title game and it would be hard to not keep him on long term.
The President doesn't get in trouble for lying to the media why would Urban?
My point is Urban doesn't answer to the media, he answers to the AD and the university.
He can answer questions from the media anyways he feels. He can also choose to not answer those questions which would have probably been a better option in this situation.
I'm in IT for healthcare, so it's something that shines brightly in my world. I'll let it slide this time.
I see what you mean. And it is a good point as far as what did he tell the AD when the stuff came out about Zach Smith. My guess is he said he had no idea about it because if he told them he did know about it then no need for investigation on who knew what and when.

If the AD knew, do you really think they would have taken all of these risks for a freaking WR coach? OC or DC maybe but position coaches are a dime a dozen.

Well, I hope the AD didn't know. But look at all the scandals at other universities. At most of them the ADs knew.
Is your comment based on JP or MC or both? I mean they currently have our former AD, and most think JP has done everything Gene did and more, including the fundraising that Gene was/is great at. If your comment is about MC, I'm hoping that you're right and they can lure Stoops, or Dantonio.

Its pretty likely osu ad has already made up his mind whether to keep Urban. If he hasnt put out feelers for a new coach he'd be stupid.
