I'm not a SDSU fan...just an old ISU grad who lives in SD for the great tax climate.

Be nice to have to have weights, class, etc....so I just pulled up their roster and compared that to the article.

ISU should roll but the bunnies will give it their best shot

That IS a good name - you can't spell Krockett without "rocket". But they have others.

One is "Lickiss". And their MLB has "boom" right in his name.

SDSU is about as tough of an FCS opponent as you will find. Cyclones should win by a few scores but this is a tough Jacks team.

Sagarin power rankings had them #63 in all of college football last year.

The Jacks will bring a good team to Ames and will challenge for a conference championship again this year. Solid program. If we beat them by 3 scores we have a damn good team this year.

Just noticed (was reminded) that my son's high school buddy and teammate is on their roster (Eagen Lickiss from Indianola). My son is a big boy (6-4, 260 or so). Eagen is bigger. Lots of food disappeared when his buddies came over.

I believe they lost some super key weapons off that team last year though.
