It's not like it was an overwhelming consensus that the storms would even affect the game, and that's from forecasts just earlier today not 2 days ago like when some people are saying we should have rescheduled.

I agree, I would just think that for a night game to don't take that risk and move it up. If this was an 11am game you could sit around all day and wait for it to pass no problem. Just frustrating.

This could be detrimental to the whole season. We now have to go play Iowa on the road as our first game and we lost a “should have” win for bowl eligibility. Not to mention I haven’t heard clarification on if suspensions will have to be served versus Iowa since we didn’t play tonight.

Yea would really hate to see us 0-2 heading to Akron.

This. As of 5pm, Google's weatherapp was saying that the rain wasn't going to hit until after 10. That was the determining factor for us deciding to go.

I'm sure the NCAA could come up with something that says Nebraska is allowed to make up tomorrow but ISU is not. They probably have it ready to release already.

But we'll probably see FS1, ESPN, ESPN2, etc... games all season long at 7pm... Only Cyclones.TV makes it rain.

Nah, in the old days (actually the recent days) those two possessions would have been a dominant TD drive for SDSU and a 3 and out or turnover for our offensive possession.
