I think if you read the book that just came out about him found out what he grew up around and how big of a piece of **** his dad was, there's an odd respect for him even making it. People growing up in that environment don't make it, much less become the greatest of all time, especially in golf. Sean O'hair comes to mind. The guy was extremely ****** up by his dad and it affected him socially for almost his entire life.
I definitely respect his abilities. I also understand his upbringing is the reason he was the way he was. I have said that upbringing for the average upper lower class and up individual can be the reason up until middle life, especially after one or both parents pass. I'm mid 40s and said that issues I have now are my issues, not because my parents didn't do this or did do that. I'm at the age, that a person needs to understand that you are in control of your life and stop blaming others for your problems. It seems Tiger may have actually aged and grown to understand this and take the reigns of his life. Great for him.
