The defense hasn't been the same since we lost Uwazurike. Lack of pressure allows teams to exploit the middle of the field, which opens up the run.

Really baffled on the pass interference call. Feels like another screw job in the making.

Refs are in their heads - or maybe it’s just me. I felt like last week after the replay booth overturned Butlers big catch the team played with a target on their back and cowered the rest of the game. Seems like the same thing has happened. Need to shake it off in the second half.

Another observation: K-State runs the same kinda plays every single time they run the ball. Why can’t we defend this? We don’t even attempt to take out the lead blocker

Because it's unpredictable since KSU can do several things out of the same set.

Some teams need several sets to run specific plays out of each, some can actually BE multiple without having to shuffle around for 10 seconds.

We really should be up 21-14 getting the ball in the 2nd half, but a questionable PI call in the endzone cost us a TD. Then we stop K-State on the following drive, but fumble on the return.
