Hey Revkah, how are you feeling? Thought I was pretty much better, and have eaten hardly anything yet today. Good for scale numbers, not so much my overall wellness.
Maybe it’s a 2018 thing. Guess I’ll see.

I think the family is mostly better. I swear I pulled ab muscles with throwing up. I felt like I had an accelerated version of it. I tried food yesterday...bad idea even though it was plain breadsticks. Today I've eaten crackers and kept them down. The other two have moved on to milk and turkey.

Yep, me, too on the muscles. At first thought it was because I spent most of two days and nights curled up. Couldn’t cough or blow my nose without a sharp ache. That’s definitely better now.

So over the past year I've lost about 35 lbs by just eating better and drinking less. Yesterday my extended family had our Christmas, and I was drinking lots of beer and eating lots of unhealthy food. I've felt bloated all day; weighed myself a few minutes ago and I gained 6 ******* pounds in one day. I get that its just water weight and should go back down in a few days, but that's ridiculous.

Good on you for losing the weight and realizing what one 'off' day can do.

Good eating habits and losing weight over an extended period of time is a really rewarding process.

Marvel movies are generally high on Boxster's home entertainment scale but I think they are even better when you're drinking. Totes thumbs up to Ant-Man and da Wasp which was tonight's viewing. Michael Pena was a hoot in this.

Also channel flipped into Casablanca and had to watch it through to the end. Than channel flipped in The Shape of Water just in time for the water dude to eat the house cat. Probably not KC's fav scene. The lead actress looks so much like a friend of mine that is freaks me everytime I see her.

I had a friend that couldn’t believe I had never seen Casablanca, so she bought me a dvd copy of it and gave it to me. I watched it. Meh.

Not exactly sure.
Taking down Christmas stuff. Wife is separating the lights I put up. I put up 90-95% of everything. Get told I did it wrong. Well, makes my job easier next year.

I am going to finally remember to mark which end of the lights goes on which end of the house to avoid having to move the fasteners around again.

Our change every year. Apparently it is forbidden to put any orange lights up during Christmas. I thought they really popped with the gray house.

I haven't seen Shape of Water, and really have no desire to do so.

That's the way it is with stuff that is hyped to you. I kinda hate Gone With The Wind and not a fan of 2001 Space Odyssey. I think Casablanca is a little bit of a generational thing to. I grew up seeing all of the actors in it on rerun movies so it's like an ensemble cast to me.

Saw bird cage last night. A lot of, this doesn’t make sense, in that movie.

It seems like a fairly simple plot to me.
