Got rid of our gas grill and went to a Weber 22", pairs well with my Weber Smokey Mountain. The wife liked the ease of use on the gas grill, and the speed as well, but I get home at 5, while she gets the kids and doesn't get home til 5:30. I can have the charcoal going, meat set out, and beer in hand by the time they get home. Plus, the kids want to play outside when it is nice, so we don't usually rush supper.
Still cook on it in the winter too. Smoked a pork butt on it two weekends ago (on the grill, not the smoker) with two apple wood chunks. Worked flawlessly.
