Wigginton did it. He played like he's never played at the phog before.

Because they're both really capable of doing great things perhaps? Lard had a tough night, it happens and Self knew how to get at him.

Wiggs is why ISU is within 4 right now.
Down 4 instead of up 8? He made some great passes in the first half but to say he struggled is putting it mildly.

Played well enough to win. That 10 min. stretch in the 2nd half we just lost our heads offensively and stopped moving the ball around. Other than that, great effort to eventually stop the bleeding and gave themselves a chance at the end.

On an intentional foul? Don’t know why that’d deter you from playing him. There was 3 minutes left lol.

Because KU would go right at him and he'd likely pick up a 5th foul.

Um, lol.

Not a bad play there actually but Shayok needs to shoot immediately.

We could have won that. Damn.

The problem with shooting immediately is he has to try and draw the foul, and the opportunity wasn't necessarily there immediately. The fact the KU defender even challenged him at all was completely foolish.

Well that's a bummer. Can't give up a 14-0 run to KU and expect to win. And and of game execution was not great.
