I care how many yards we put up
Especially week 1. Today showed we can move the ball, but struggled to finish drives. This is something that can improve a lot after getting 1 game under their belt. Also our offense is statistically better overall with Campbell and Manning than it was for any year with Rhoads. Even clonedude can’t deny that.

After watching both games today if I was setting the line I’d say we are 6 point dogs at home.

I’m really excited to see their running game against our front 7. Should be a fun match up.

Yeah, he looks like a stud, but I can’t tell if that’s because he is or because it’s Miami.

Looked like ISU at the end of the half, broke the huddle with 12 guys on 4th and 1 at the Iowa 35.
I believe with a timeout involved too right? Really really poor

Iowa comes out of halftime throwing the ball downfield on nearly every play, and now are destroying Miami. What a shock it is when you open it up. Too bad our staff has no idea what in the hell they're doing offensively, and it nearly cost us a win today against an FCS opponent.

God you’re ******* dumb. Just a teenaged girl after getting jilted for the homecoming dance.

Anyone that's watched ISU the last three years should know September does not define the season.

ISU on D as well was decent but overpursued a lot and missed angles so plenty of things to work on.

A more comfy win would have been good but it didn't happen.

Hopefully ISU's players aren't tucked in a corner right now crying about almost losing like some CF posters.

You just know it’s a whole team full of clonedudes.

I mean they’ve never shown their character to overcome adversity and struggles at all in the last 3 years

And you know just as well as I do, the ones ******** the most, are the same ones that shot off their mouths at their Iowa buddies. Now they have to eat crow, and they lash out like spoiled children.

Last night I asked my boss (who’s from the Boston area) if he prefers Iowa or Iowa State. His response was “I lean Iowa State. Those Hawk fans act like they win the ****ing national championship every year...” What a clutch answer.

New year, same Hok arrogance. Even before the game they couldn't believe we were in the top 25, not when we play in a "far inferior conference". They're still convinced they kicked our asses last year when that was very much a game into the final minutes, and are convinced that as long as they show up in 2 weeks victory is assured.

For a fan base that supposedly above the rivalry and doesn't care about it as much as we do, they're awfully paranoid about it.

I have news for you....the most important game on the Iowa schedule is IOWA STATE..........and thats never going to change hellsbells we had our best team in my fricking lifetime in 1977 and went over and lost to a two win Iowa football team........sez it all doesnt it....Beating Iowa State every year is where the Iowa fanbase gets fuel for their arrogance.....

Who cares if Iowa fans are arrogant. Did you see us play today? It's up to the team to prove them wrong. If ISU plays like they did today they will lose to Iowa for the 5th year in a row.

Sorry but I refuse to worry until we lose 15 in a row to the hoks...after the 15th loss in a row I will start to think about worrying.....Until then Im not worried....

Was passing by a casino table and two Iowa guys were talking ISU.

"I work with a bunch of ISU fans and they're all saying national championship".

That'll never end.
