We all know your a hawk through and through. I might have to take your advice though and cure my mental illness with milk and cookies. Did you learn that in your physiology class you failed at U of I?

Yes, I failed my "physiology" class at the U of I. Everybody knows "your" a cyclone fan, because you follow all the hawk fans on social media.

Don't worry...your buddies will come to your defense and join in by calling me a low cognitive hawk fan. Your fragile confidence will survive all of this until you read the next social media post that threatens your esteem.

Again, why are you on a message board posing as something you’re not? It’s really sad. Wasting your time posting on a rivals board just to troll is a sad, pathetic waste of time.

Having a lot of posts does not make someone a veteran. It makes them a loser who comes to a message board an unhealthy amount of times to find a community who can help them feel better about themselves.

By your standards, 99% of the people on this forum are trolls. That "truth" is easier for you to believe than the reality that most cyclone fans could care less what hawk fans say about our program. You make our fan base look weak. Find some strength and confidence. You might just like it.

I am enjoying all of this too much to set the laptop away. I will wait for you and a few other posters to band together like insecure people tend to do so they can gather false courage by attacking someone they feel threatens their fragile sense of worth.

Go Clones!!

Hahahahahahaha.

Your right...I am posing as a rationale person who pretends to not be interested in what hawkeye fans are saying about us on social media. I am just trying to mask my internal rage and am truly beside myself over it. I am the one who needs help. Would you please help me? I am in desperate need of your guidance on how to cope with what hawk fans say about us and our football team.
LOL!!!

I have no interest in fighting anyone, CyCrazy. I have no beef with anyone. It does seem like there are some sensitive posters on this board when it comes to what other people say or think about them. You would have to agree with me on that, wouldn't you?

There is a very small group of posters who are on the attack against me. Seemingly because I stated posting about what hawk fans are saying about us perpetuates the "little brother" perception.

Mentally weak people draw temporary confidence from banding together in their attacks against others who they perceive are self-confident. You are clearly among this extremely small group of cylcone fans who are lacking in self-confidence. I learned this in the "physiology" class I failed at U of I. "Your" internet buddies with awd4cy, aren't you?

What about a hawk fan who lives on this board like yourself and creates different alt usernames? Does that not perpetuate the little brother perception?

Definitely using his critical observation skills agreeing with Pollard4life or kujawa or any other name he goes by.

Or, could it be there are only about 5 other posters on this site who are as equally enraged as you about the 5 hawk fans saying they are going to beat us in Ames in a couple of weeks? Maybe, just maybe, you are too sensitive to what people say about what you have devoted so much of your precious time to sharing with everyone who comes to his board.

Anyone would understand why you would be so sensitive. Seriously, think about how many hours of your life have been spent reading and typing your views onto a message board about a program you love so much. Everyone can see why you run to social media and this site for affirmation. We also understand why it would be so difficult for you to see a few people disparage the football team you devote so much of your time to supporting.

I'm now convinced. In support of you and your 5 other cyclone fanatic internet buddies, I am going to devote my time to worrying about what those horrible, horrible hawkeye fans are saying about us. How dare they support the teams they love? Why are they not more sensitive to how us cyclone fans feel?

From now on, Pollard4life is going to worry about those 5-6 hawkeye fans who say they are going to beat us in two weeks.

This is now the funniest post I have ever read on this site. A fan with nearly 20,000 posts questioning how I spend one afternoon entertaining myself.

You are pure gold. Thank you so much for being so innocent with the thoughts you share. This is awesome!

I don't know. You would have to let us all know. You are the one who started the thread when you overreacted to our game against UNI and started getting anxious over what you saw on social media.

What was your specific takeaway from the UNI game?

Positives?

Negatives?

Positives - I love what CMC is doing. Games like this are really difficult. UNI comes in with a huge chip on their shoulder and if not for a questionable defensive TD this game does not come close to over time.

CMC used this game to establish offensive line play. They did not look pretty this game, but we all know from last year's missed game how important it is to use this game to build chemistry up front. This tells me CMC is practicing what he preaches... get better every day. Work at the things that will help us contend for Big 12 championship. To me, this is a positive and it will greatly help us against our toughest competition. Did anyone really think replacing DM would be easy?

Also, I love that Purdy has found himself a go to target in the pass game. DJ was awesome. UNI had to know he was their primary target, yet he kept finding a way to get open and make plays. This is going to provide purdy with a ton of confidence and can be built upon the next couple of weeks.

We walked away with a win and nobody will care that the game went to 3 OT's against an FCS team. Much like no one outside of Iowa remembers we almost lost to Drake.

Negatives - Well, I can't say we can have a whole lot of confidence in our run game right now. I do like the potental of Nwangu though. DM did so much for us that I am concerned we will become 1 dimensional with our offense.

Other than that, I am really not that concerned. I would be concerned if CMC hit the panic button and became one dimensional with our offense. But he didn't. I like the the offensive approach and believe it is going to help us immensely going forward.

Thank you for asking. A nice break from the ones focused on the wrong fan base.
