It's really odd that a 7 footer with 3 point range and some ball handling skills is not garnering more attention from the blue blood programs. The last big name 7 footer to commit to the Hawks was Adam Woodbury who had an offer from UNC and look at how his career turned out.

Hey, don't sell Woodbury short here.....he had lots of skills. Eye-poking, jump ball blocking, using his butt to deflect inbounds passes.......

Looking at the thread title. Just because some of you like to post about getting a “rise” out of good news...

If Xavier picks the good guys, pretty sure that for some of you it’s going to be more of a staff than a toothpick...

think XF was injured and couldn’t hit the circuit this summer. The big teams don’t need to waste time on an injured player that they can’t see play. We on the other hand can’t afford that luxury.

In addition, he was getting some attention from blue bloods prior to the injury. Not getting the exposure on the AAU circut resulted in no further offers better then Iowa State, Baylor, and Kansas.
Foster always seemed likely to stay instate unless his "rumored" dream school Duke offered.

Weird fans are trying to minimize Xavier's potential leading up to the announcement...
We only do that if after if he did not choose ISU. ;)
