Really needed them to lose last week or today. The light is starting to go on for their defense. Cyclones def can't start like they did today in Austin.
My son is a huge Husker fan. He just asked me why can’t Nebraska have a winning culture like Iowa State. How ironic.

Have, have you ever watched and Iowa State - Kansas State game before?
Kind of a technicality, but yes, we're "in first" now, since we have played one more game, but if we both win out OSU gets 1st over us sue to head-to-head.

So far, still better than Iowa's season.
That was one ugly game. Not sure what Purdy was doing in the first half, but he was awful. Did a nice job in the second half. Baylor made 4-5 plays where Brewer got rid of the ball with a tenth of a second to spare. Also had an amazing catch that was in by fractions of an inch.
Giving up a TD on that 4th and 6 made this game a lot closer than it should have been.

I think he let Brock call the plays in the 2nd half until we got up 14 and then he took over again
You should be worried about all three if we play like we did tonight. If we play like we did in the 3rd Quarter this team wins out. Just need to play a complete game and nows as good a time as ever to do it.
Totally agree, however one weakness of CMC is taking the foot off the gas once we got up 14 also and almost allowing them to come back and win.
That’s why almost all our games are close..... CMC won’t allow kids to quit, but he won’t destroy teams when you have them down either.
