It's not really about losing this game. It's about how the team looks. They look clueless on both ends of the floor. And I'm not necessarily putting that cluelessness on the players. This staff just is not putting a product out there that gives off any glimmer of hope.

Their zone confused us; good thing Garza had foul trouble

Has Hunter signed yet? Wouldn't blame the kid.
Why change your commitment? Come to ISU and do whatever you want on the court. Want to chuck up 3's? Why not. Don't care to play defense, that's cool. Want to give half assed effort but people applaud your performance, that's why we're here.

Reminder there was a time when playing the #3 team In The country would be a tough challenge but not an accepted ass whooping.

It was something to look forward to. Now it’s something to dread. Something simply to endure.

One thing that happened: it's pretty obvious that Foster should be out there.

He can move a lot better than I was thinking.
He can’t do much worse! Conditt looks completely lost on both ends and Solo who knows what he’s doing half the time

I love ISU Bball and I actually like Prohm, but I think this is going to be an absolute massacre of our young, incohesive team. I bet IA could break the century mark and Garza puts up Lafester numbers.

Welp. I wanted to be wrong. If garza had played normal minutes he would have been damn close to those Lafester numbers too. Woof.

Iowa went to zone defense Prohm went blank, no ability to adjust, our inbounds plays are garbage.

We will find out when they play Gonzaga. I think they are a legit top-10 team. Remember in college hoops these days, there is a drastic drop off in number of really good teams after the first 6-7 teams usually. Because everyone leaves early for the NBA.

And many teams will take a long time to even learn one another's names before they play good ball. One of those is ISU. Unfortunately those other teams' ceiling is higher.
