Can someone explain why you don't try 3 heaves downfield when behind at half every time? I only have watched football, never played it. So I don't understand the downside. Anyone know the theory? Isn't it just as hard to return an interception 60 yards as it is to make a big catch to get you in FG range?

Ben Bruns one question at half was fantastic. Well it was really just a statement.

Don't you have to let Kene just run that out in this situation?
You never return a kick in the end zone unless you catch it going forward. The time it takes to catch going backwards, reverse your momentum up the field and get to full speed the defense has closed another 10 yards.

You think these guys would be commenting on CMC's explosion there and thinking it needed a penalty if it were Saban, Harbaugh, or one of the Stoops bros.?

Hummel is killing us, early in the game he goes way outside and lets the guy go inside for 15+ yards then had a sure interception bounce off his hand and now he needs to contain since there is no outside support and he goes inside. At this point not sure I care if he comes back next year

You simply do not "win in the margins" with ****** kicking and special teams play. In fact, it's the very definition of LOSING in the margins.

I’m not saying we will win this, but we all know we have the ability to. Defense has shut them down for the most part since 14-0, like we usually do.
