Oklahoma scores here and we punt next drive going three and out. This game is so predictable.
That felt like the old "play to not lose too badly" ISU of my youth.
Defense is being asked to carry this game and our defense is good but can't do it all.
I'm behind, but I support Manning, but these first down runs don't have any merit. OU has their number if you are going to keep running. Where is the creativity to throw some play action on first downs? Just seems like play calling to keep the game where it is, rather attempting to make it close.
I just don’t want to see the inevitable “ISU doesn’t belong in the top 15” talk from the media after this game.
Also, Rattler hasn't missed a pass yet today. His only incompletions are smart coverage throw aways and batted down passes/drops that hit his receivers in the hands.
