So what are the rules of on campus personal visits during this dead period? They can only poke around campus? Can they get into facilities or meet anyone?

Can’t meet with the staff, but I know UNC has used “bumping into Michael Jordan” for basketball.

But I know he’s just doing an unofficial on their own seeing campus with the parents. He might “bump into a few players(if any are on campus I guess)” though.

Great news.

Is there a priority list position wise or is it just best available? Seems like only a couple positions seem like a possibility. (WR, CB, DE, Safety)
He's going to be a running back. He was the best running back in the state of Arizona this year.

Fun fact: Although Eli Sanders is really fast, he's not nearly as fast as his teammate, Quaron Adams.

Quaron Adams is a 2022 3 star running back that ISU is recruiting for that Lang/Silas utility position.

Adams ran a 10.4s 100m dash as a sophomore in HS. We have never seen that type of speed at Jack Trice. Not even Kene.

Danny Harris might have something to say about this. Before he shocked the world with his 400 M hurdle performances, he played one season of football for the Cyclones. One of his 100m dash times is listed as 9.9. It was not valid due to being wind aided, but even the winds in Ames don't blow that hard.

It's nice to know that after he hit some struggles in life, he returned to ISU to finish his degree and has turned things around.

be nice if we could incorporate a few of the plays Alabama ran last night where they put Harris in motion on a sprint and threw to him on the run with a guy like this (or even Milton would do).

You seem you have problems with rounding. Quaron Adams actually ran a 10.49 100 meters, which is hardly the same thing as a 10.4.

For comparison, Kene’s personal best was 10.54. But then, he had a well rounded track portfolio that also included a 24’5” long jump, and a 6’11”’high jump.

To be fair, Adams’ time was as a high school freshman, Kene’s bests all as a senior.

Oh, and as other have said—Danny Harris.

With whom I can claim a passing acquaintance. Last time I saw him, he recognized me first.

You mean the ones Lincoln Riley does. Yea, A LOT of teams are going to incorporate those in their playbook

Not exactly sure.
What would be really sweet is if he is making an unofficial to us, but official to Iowa to let them pay the bill, swing over and visit with us, and then commit to us. That would start him off in near legendary status with ISU.
