Fun fact: Although Eli Sanders is really fast, he's not nearly as fast as his teammate, Quaron Adams.

Quaron Adams is a 2022 3 star running back that ISU is recruiting for that Lang/Silas utility position.

Adams ran a 10.4s 100m dash as a sophomore in HS. We have never seen that type of speed at Jack Trice. Not even Kene.

The Iowans that I am aware of off of the top of my head are David Knight in the early 90's and ended up focused on track, James Smith and Nic Moser both ran that time and played safety for us. Kid is fast for sure.

What would be really sweet is if he is making an unofficial to us, but official to Iowa to let them pay the bill, swing over and visit with us, and then commit to us. That would start him off in near legendary status with ISU.
It is a dead period so it is all on his dime and can't meet with coaches etc.

be nice if we could incorporate a few of the plays Alabama ran last night where they put Harris in motion on a sprint and threw to him on the run with a guy like this (or even Milton would do).

You mean the ones Lincoln Riley does. Yea, A LOT of teams are going to incorporate those in their playbook

Isn't this play pretty much how Landon Akers scored his TD?

We have seen that kind of speed at JTS many times over the years. Unfortunately, very few of them were wearing Cyclone jerseys.

I've always wondered why recruits don't **** with hated rivals more often. If I would have been a top RB recruit, I'd commit to Iowa so they stopped recruiting the position (or deterred other recruits), then on signing day I'd sign with ISU...of course keeping ISU in the loop.

Because **** Iowa.
