I wasn't just talking about Baylor I was talking almost all games in the tourney.

I thought freedom of movement was a point of emphasis but you wouldn't know it watching these games.

Guy slaps at the ball but gets all arm and the offensive guy falls down and it's a turnover and not a foul. assinine.

See Izzo's teams, so many years.
Tourney too often does become a crash test more than a basketball tournament.

Mitchell and Butler are such a dynamic tandem. Then add Teague a a couple solid sub guards. Vital and the 2 bigs just have to set picks and rebound. Throw in Meyer, who can do a little of everything.
And an excellent coach.
Heck of a team.

"Points of emphasis" regarding clean play have been tried repeatedly for 20 years and always go out the window once conference play starts.

Maybe it’s more ball than you realize? Show me some plays where it’s happened and we will see if it was a foul or the offensive guy just flops a ton like they do these days so you just assume it should’ve been a foul.

I’d hate to play pickup with a lot of you. Would call every little thing a foul. You can get in someone’s grill, shuffle your feet, have some body contact and it not be a foul. How surprising!
I just hope you keep your nails trimmed you hack attack.

It was shown on CBS in a replay. The defender reached in for the ball got all arm and close lined the guy, no foul, but a turnover.

I agree Baylor plays good defense but I don't enjoy mugging defense by any team.

And for the record when I play pickup I don't call **** because I love playing physical, but that doesn't mean it right or fun to watch.

Gonzaga has been hand checking quite a bit, too, but they aren’t calling it. Watch their perimeter players...

Well, at least when it's over Gonzaga can't say the refs screwed them.
