It's times like these I would mind being back in East Central Iowa.

My hok friends are pretty slow to respond today.

I have learned that these recruiting wins don't mean a lot until they translate to wins on the court, but I'll be damned if this hasn't pulled me back from the brink regarding ISU basketball. I have been a rabid fan for a looong time, and this was the first year that watching games felt like a chore or obligation. Hilton Magic is on its way back and Otz appears to be the prestidigitator behind it.
Ehr, let's see...looking up 'prestiwhatitor' now. LOL! Love it.

Are people getting tired of his anger? I've seen some of his post game pressers and he just sounds so snippy when a reporters asks him a question. Going from where we were this year to the year Iowa had and pretty much do a 180 in a month is pretty mind boggling.

Is it having two sons on a team? Coaching style? I'm sorry but he just comes off as a total jerk when seen on TV. Do you think the landscape changes, when the Regents approve a new president?
Have you ever been happy?

Holy canoli! Sending Prohm into retirement was best-timed best move ever. Kudos to J. Pollard and TJ Otz

Plays a million miles an hour but is never out of control is certainly intriguing.
