I have 3 college-aged daughters. All three of them got informal "come to BU" mail when they were in High School. All of those letters ended up in the trash - either by me before they saw them, or by them when they saw them. It was absolutely the one place I told them they could NOT attend!

When my daughter got hers I assumed it was Kim coming through on her promise that she would pay for anyone's daughter to come to Baylor.

Yup, I've said if either of my daughters were to get a full ride scholarship offers some day from Baylor I would rather pay their entire college out of pocket to go somewhere else than that horrible place.

Looked at her wiki: grew up in LA, played & coached at La Tech, son played baseball at LSU. Seems like for her it would be going home.

She's already making like $2M and think only Geno is paid more. LSU might not be able to pay her as much as she currently makes. Texas had to throw $1.6M at Schafer but not many school can afford that.

I actually had thought about this as well. Wouldn't surprise me at all if any perceived "slight" would piss Mulkey off enough to get her to want to leave.

Mostly though I just think that it's going back home for her and she just may be ready for a change of scenery.
