I could see that. Is it because less moisture in the brain makes it slightly smaller and more susceptible to bouncing against your skull?

I don’t think Gomez was doing any maintaining of anything, hence the likely dehydration.

Plus, you’re fooling yourself if you think there isn’t a good amount of dehydration on a wrestling team.

No reason to be bitter. He wasn't going to get cleared to compete again here and would have never seen the mat again in a Cyclone singlet. He didn't go to a rival, or conference opponent.

He had a chance to compete at 141 here but he couldn’t beat Parker - wasn’t going to be cleared at Iowa State - not sure how he got cleared anywhere - will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

Not by his choosing. He was interested in both Iowa and OSU. They weren’t as interested.

Agreed, this one doesn’t bother me at all. He put in his work here and things didn’t go his way. Best of luck to him with 2 former Cyclones leading the way at Wisconsin.
