I'm kind of relieved that the Turner Gill thing went down like it did (not that I'm glad he's not coming here). I think the renegotiation was in the works before we even got the ball rolling, so the national perception shouldn't be that he turned us down so much as he removed himself from the market.

Hypocrisy in the coach hiring process - Saints Alive! God knows it’s never happened - especially in the last - oh, I don't know, 5 to 7 days. Lies and hypocrisy!

My feelings haven't been hurt. I'm just surprised by the reaction. I didn't see the story posted in the football forum so I posted it.

This is a great site. I'm just sorry it took me this long to find it. I spent too much time on a different forum before finding this place.
