Iowa State #10 in new coaches poll. Iowa #12. I’ve seen some AP voters post their submissions, and wouldn’t be surprised if those are flipped in the AP.

Releases at 1:00.

I frankly don’t care much about rankings this early in the season. The rankings will all play itself out as the season progresses. Just keep winning. Come November, nobody will care how many points Iowa State beat UNI

Beat Iowa. It’s a game I’m sure CMC has circled all off season.

And you shouldn’t. It’s just fodder at this point.

I disagree, margin of victory will matter if we're trying for a spot in the CFP.

Maybe. But if Iowa State is undefeated, beating Oklahoma twice with a Big 12 championship, there’s no need to worry about a 6 point margin of victory of victory over UNI

I always want to beat Iowa. It's a fun rivalry game. But this year especially. Both teams COULD end up in mix for playoffs. If Iowa wins this game, they are set up extremely well to only have 0-2 losses overall. Puke.

Iowa beats ISU, then they will cake walk through the Big Ten west and have a shot at OSU to go to the Playoffs...IMO.
Its not like Penn State and Wisconsin are power houses this year either.

Would be really nice to see ISU show up this weekend.

Yup. They get PSU at home and that's their toughest remaining game by far. Gotta win this weekend.
