I really really don’t get the logic behind not hiring a special teams coordinator when year after year it continues to be an issue.

I said it earlier, he is too short, he literally cannot see them with his OL in the way. That’s why it’s always behind them.

Dekkers won't have that issue. He may have others. Not that.

Purdy is still thinking too much and not just playing. He is late releasing the ball throwing it behind the receivers. Get the coaches out of his ear and let him play. He doesn’t need an escort on the sidelines.

Not only are we one of the few teams that can’t kick the ball to the end zone year after year we also refuse to work on kickoff coverage. That is the only explanation for this being a problem year after year and no other respectable team having these problems.

It’s kind of funny how the kicking game (aside from FGs) each year under Campbell is so spotty and borderline not good at all, yet nothing ever appears to get fixed. Well going to need a TD on this drive.

Borderline?.??? It’s horrendous. Every ISU fan is always on the edge of their seat every kick because they know there’s a big chance something bad will happen.
