Yep. I really want to see them get into the CFP to see what they can do. They really just need to likely win against Baylor and have Georgia beat Bama. Houston could very easily beat Cincy too but I hope they don’t because I want the Bearcats to be that thorn in the committees side. Georgia, Michigan, Cincy and Oklahoma State sounds fun and would be a refreshing playoff to say the least.

Personally, I'd really like to see OSU jump Cinci to get out of the 1 vs 4 game with Georgia. I think they'd beat either of those other teams.

Oh sorry wasn’t putting mine in seeding because if Cincy gets in I don’t see how they aren’t #4 no matter what happens. Michigan/Okie State would be a bruising game.

My guess for Tuesday

1.) Georgia
2.) Michigan
3.) Alabama
4.) Cincy
5.) Oklahoma State
6.) Notre Dame
7.) Ohio State
8.) Baylor
9.) Ole Miss
10.) Oregon

It’s all gonna come down to Georgia beating Bama

If Bama does beat Georgia (I think unlikely) I would be interested to see if that last spot comes down to Cincy or Ok State then who would the committee take?

Most likely yes but Cincy doesn’t exactly have a cakewalk with Houston. And I can’t believe I even have to type this but with how Iowa’s season has gone I wouldn’t be the least shocked if they mucked out an upset over Michigan despite having -7 yards of offense on the day. It’s been that kind of year for them.

I want the teams that ESPN doesn't want in to get in. That would be Cincy, Notre Dame and Okie State. I hope at least one gets in. Okie St would be choice #1 obviously. If they do get in, what does that do for ISU's bowl outlook? Didn't we finish 4th?

Oklahoma State. They’ll still dump Cincy as fast as possible if they can

If Cincy loses, ND is in. Same with an Iowa win

My rankings of teams that still have a shot.

Just guessing what the committee will do. Not what I think they should do.

Georgia
Michigan
Alabama
Cincy
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Okie State

ESPN loves themselves some Notre Dame despite them being a NBC property.

Cheez it Bowl most likely if we get a CFP team

Sorry I may have misread what you meant about it all coming down to Georgia/Bama. I was just adding that both Cincy and Michigan have a realistic shot of losing and neither would be that shocking which of course would change things up. I agree ND is just looking for one loss from three games (Bama, Cincy or Michigan) although I will say if it’s Cincy that loses it’s not cut and dry since the Bearcats won in South Bend and they will have the same record.

I think everything broke perfect today for the Big 12 to get 2 teams in the NY6. Either Oklahoma State wins to make the playoff or Baylor wins and OSU/BU both go to NY6 as 11-2 teams.

Orlando seems likely against Clemson which is ok. Clemson’s defense is legit

Agreed there. And I absolutely want Clemson because it would be another measuring stick game. If we pulled out the win that would arguably be our best bowl win from an opponent standpoint. I know the Fiesta Bowl is a bigger bowl (no duh) but beating Clemson during their prime years under Dabo would be a nice consolation this year.

You could feel the air coming out of the Kirk's balloon after that last sack.
