While its not exactly about just the rich moving every second California so overall I'm not sure its quite apples to apples that things are great. Everywhere has its problems, to be sure and yes, Lincoln will certainly be able to survive just fine on that salary because you'd have to be an imbecile not to - but there is a definite trend all over the country for the most part, maybe some larger cities buck the trend, but a general trend of people leaving big cities for various reasons.
