141 was shocking to me. I’ve been an Eierman fan for years. Even when he transferred to Iowa I thought…yeah, I can still get behind this guy.

The way he ended that match made my blood boil.
I assume you're referencing him taunting Pollard?

Not exactly sure.
Hok fans are supportive of head coaches with disgusting behavior (at least in major men's sports)...

Had a hawkeye fan say how great it was that Harbaugh donated his bonuses back. I didn’t bring up Kirkkk since we were in church.

He acted like he did tonight in Big 10 duals last year. No surprise.

Also heard the NCAA Wrestling officials are well aware of the situation and not happy with Brands to say the least. I expect some type of suspension coming
I hope they take into account past conduct including asking opposing wrestlers and fans to “ meet him in the parking lot”. He needs major psychiatric treatment on top of that suspension.

He walked over to Pollard and stuck his tongue out at him and then did his point to his forearm celebration at him before he ran off the mat all while staring him down
That was just your basic **** move and didn't have anything to do with Pollard specifically. He did it to both the North and Soutch sides too and Pollard just happens to be sitting right in the line when you do it to the West end.

So what was the pointing to the forearm about - watching it on tv I couldn’t figure out what he was doing

He went right to Pollard and did it at him. He knew what he was doing he wasn't looking above him at the crowd it was to Pollard

He was simulating a syringe and I took it as some sort of "pump it into my veins" type thing.

Have you seen Tom’s “son”?

1.) By and large, Iowa wrestled poorly and ISU wrestled well.
2.) Iowa behaved poorly. If Iowa wants to talk trash, they at least ought to back it up and that didn’t happen tonight.
3.) Good luck with the rest of your schedule. Wrestling is made more interesting when Cyclone wrestling is competitive.

and, most importantly,

4.) Homophobia has no place in our sport. Please reject it.

Thanks for hosting tonight. See you in March.

Sincerely,
Your Friendly Neighborhood Hawkeye

I know I say this after every big dual but David is good at being on top and can probably get back points on a good portion of the guys he wrestles but if he wants to get to the elite of elite territory he should start letting guys like Young you after takedowns to get back to neutral where he excels the most and score big. Especially in the 3rd periods where he is still moving as quick as ever and they appear to be gassed like tonight.

I think he puts two fingers on his forearm to represent his personal best second place finish from last year. The year before he put 3 fingers on his forearm
