It’s really not that bad normally. Some character to that drive, plus 4 lanes of 90 mph. Platte River is pretty cool and you can see Quarry Oaks (nice golf course) from the interstate there.

It’s west of Lincoln that’s soul crushing.

It's not going to be nearly as bad in MPLS as in Iowa but we are in a wind warning as well tomorrow with sustained winds 35 MPH up to 60 mph gusts for many hours. We have a MASSIVE silver maple tree in our back yard and every time there are winds I just talk to it telling it to just stay strong. Eek.
