Cyclone D tightened up the run fits the last two drives. Forcing Uiagalelei to go down field will be good for us.

There has been a fair amount of other teams opening the playbook in these recent bowls. It will be telling what makes it out for our offense/Manning. With the OL changes, maybe we steer clear of it.

I'd like to be mad at Purdy for missing that throw, but have to remind myself of the conditions with the OL challenges this game.
Huh? He had time on that. Brock's been playing well but you can't blame the OL for that play. I'm sure there will be plenty where you can (Miller's false start, getting beat inside) but on that play that was not a factor. A QB with as much experience as Brock knows he needs to make that throw - hence his reaction.

And I will say - If Remsburg and another tackle develops - I do like Hufford - Downing - Simmons inside

Oh that was definitely short. I was stunned they gave it to him.

Just meant Purdy may be amped up or have happy feet at times with a makeshift OL - so I need to temper my expectations, nothing more. OL were not at fault for that specific play.
