Brutal. I love Brock Purdy and everything he did for ISU. And he fought his guts out every game. But gosh damn did that guy make some atrocious plays. Can't believe how many freshman mistakes he continued to make as a junior and senior. Of course it would end that way.

Agree. It's time to tear it down and try to build it back up. Maybe you build something better, maybe you don't. But it's time.

Unfortunate way to lose. Respect Purdy for not sitting out. Seneca Wallace was probably the most electric ISU player, Steele Jantz had the best three games, but I think Purdy is the all-time best QB in ISU history.

I don’t mind INT’s, but his INT’s are almost always unnecessary. There’s no risk/reward in them, just risk.

Staff needs to take a LOOOONG look at why the same things keep happening.

This was not the game to hold back on. We held back, were again predictable, in the first half. We waited too long, well into the second half before making a run. We still had a chance.

What would we be like if we had a different OC? will we ever learn we cannot play straight up with some teams, top 10 recruiting class teams.

We need a Rommel, or a Patton, someone tactical but also unpredicatable.

Still I am proud of these guys and our team. I do wish we would learn some lessons though. They seem to repeat themselves.

I really am excited for Dekkers. Once our coaches took purdy's legs from him they turned him average. Dekkers can pass 30 yards without heaving, COULD pull a quarterback sneak and has a height advantage to pass OVER the line. I hope that makes a difference next year.

Worst Clemson team in 7 years. Best ISU senior class of all time by a mile. Clemson down both coordinators. Still lost. Try again.

And we were down a bunch of our studs, so you have to factor that.

Gut punch, incredible effort from our players. Appreciate the outgoing class for changing the culture. Will save my my thoughts on this team going 7-6 for another day but needs to be accountability.
