Love TJ and love this team but you have to work the refs and you have to use your timeouts on the road or it’s going to get away from you like this game.

Tech's been this way for a few seasons and Baylor too.

Officials look slow to adjust on nights like tonight. Maulings get nothing but just a little contact gets the whistle.

This isn't just bad reffing, but also our bigs are bad, and ISU's guards can't drive the basket without the ball being stolen. Which is in itself a function of both Tech's defense and our guards not being nearly good enough at dribbling. Handles are weak.

Yeah, mark Adams has been writing the book on how to beat this ISU team since the under 15 timeout in Ames when they played a couple weeks ago. He has us absolutely exposed. The officiating is just icing on the cake right now

Team knows it isn’t a level playing field. Why bother? TJ should do something but I think we are seeing his playbook in dealing with the refs. Bend over and say “thank you, may I have another?” Not a good look and I can’t imagine recruits look at this as a positive.

They absolutely need to have more emphasis on calling hand checks and a lot more fouls off ball when guys aren't allowed to move. I suspect something eventually happens.

Read the article about the breakdown of which games we've played. Toughest part of schedule out of the way. 2-4 is still as good as expected thru those 6. Everything is still in front of us.

We felt this way last time we played tech and Oklahoma. .. And then responded by almost upsetting ku at the phog and beating Texas.
