This game was lost because of Texas Tech playing better, ISU's lack of offense being very bad, and the officiating making sure it wouldn't be close by having Tech shoot 15 free throws to 0 in the first 10 minutes of the half. All of those things can be true.

Difficult to play your game when half your roster is in foul trouble

Difficult to win games without making shots either. Eventually that becomes an issue.

Lots of comments to drive to the hoop. Hard to do when being bodied and hand checked till off balance. It’s up to officials to call those fouls. If they don’t all you can do is chuck up difficult shots.

**** like this is so freaking moronic. This game was close until they started going one way on calls. Yes we then have let it get away from us but it was within 4 points until then.

I’m very worried about this team making the tourney. Just don’t see where we find the wins.

Ummm how about when we actually get to play 8 games against the worst B12 teams on the schedule which are still Q1/Q2 games? (TCU, OSU, WV, KSU). As long as we go 7-11 in conference and beat Missouri, we make the tourney.

Am I thrilled with the refereeing? No. But taking and missing as many 3s as we have has absolutely nothing to do with us not getting calls in the lane. Forcing up that many jumpers means we aren't forcing the refs to make the calls.

I've been trying to make this point along with other reasons and got called 'emo' haha.

There were some WEIRD calls tonight but it's not common for ISU to get the opponent out of position in general. Not sure what the answer for that is for this group.

ISU and Tech play virtually identical defense. Texas Tech has 4 defensive fouls this half and 1 offensive. Tech has been in the bonus + since the 12 minute mark and ISU just had there third player foul out. The refs ****** ISU over.

Guys officiating was bad and the team is also playing poorly right now. Both things can be true at once. No the refs is not the only reason we are losing, but the officiating is a big part why we are losing by so much.

Not looking for bonus points. Officiating has been less than ideal the last 3 games, even in a win. Too many other issues tonight to blame the refs completely for a 20 pt beat down.

Cmon. Embarrassing is a little emotional. It's a loss, in a game that not many expected to win. Who cares how the score turns out. This team has proven they will compete, even after a bad loss.
