Not exactly sure.
Who is she going to have to answer to?
If she has given up her citizenship in the U.S., that could get sticky to return. She would need to get a Visa/green card to re-enter and I don't think those are given overnight to Chinese people.

I wonder if the programming is the issue. I think the Olympics would be better served if you could just go online and watch the entire event you want. The traditional tv schedule is not ideal with time changes and stuff.
Xfinity has a whole menu where you can go in and find either highlights or entire event replays of a lot of the events. I think they end up actually playing on Peacock. So go into Peacock and see what you can find.

I have youtube TV which is recording the events on the various stations. But the recording bleeds in to other coverage at times, plus the interface isn't as good as it could be at finding the events that I want.

But overall, I think the coverage would be better if you could just find the events you want to watch either via website, or a dedicated App.

Allowing the Russian athletes to compete under this sham of a ban is stupid. If you want to make punishment sting for the largest nationally organized doping scandal in the history of the world you ban Russia entirely for 2 winter Olympics and 2 summer games at minimum. You can watch some of the events and tell that some of the Russian athletes still aren't clean, especially some of the endurance and strength events.

Take the damned gold medals away and move on.

I would have to think it’s not a usual occupational hazard for a downhill skier.
I have taken a tipped baseball to the junk umping HS baseball. I cannot even imagine going as fast as those guys do in the cold and getting whacked in the frank and beans and how awful that would feel.

I agree with you on that.

I just wish people understood the truth about what's going on with this story.... she's doing this ALL for the money.... which is fine.... but then she should just come out and say that. She doesn't want to help the young girls in China or she'd speak out against all the human rights violations in that country instead of keeping her mouth shut so that she can cash in.
