the ghost of phrom is still here. He killed the magic and the students don’t know how to pump this team up. told the wife earlier in the game it didn’t seem very loud on tv.
Problem is we aren’t showing any progress. We beat a couple average to pretty good teams in non-conference. Now we’ve continuously taken steps back. We still can’t win in the big 12 home or away.
You think this team shoots better if it gets it down the court and bombs away?
Wow, that was bad. Looked great in first half cutting and/or driving to the rim then revert to chucking long range jumpers in the second half. If it weren’t for the non conference success it probably wouldn’t bother me but this sucks.
He's also not even young lmao. I am glad this team was relevant for a while but a part of me wishes now that it was at least full of young guys that might have potential. It's just not though. Are Hunter and Walker (a few minutes) the only underclassman that played today?
The thing that puzzles me is, almost every guy in the rotation has shown flashes. But Brockington is about the only one you can count on night in, night out. Every game is a crapshoot.
Grill played way too much. It's gross that TJ refuses to look to someone else just because he loves Caleb so much. If I were Tre or Jaden I'd be looking to transfer asap, because there is no way they'll ever be in favor over Grill. They'll always be odd man out.

Time to deal with it. This is a bad basketball team right now. Fools gold start. Full compliment of 300 type teams, bad Memphis, Iowa team that can’t beat anybody with a pulse, injured Xavier, etc. Mature players that played hard to start and overwhelmed young teams.
Everybody would’ve signed up for this number of wins, but this has been a monumental, epic collapse that has pretty much sucked all optimism out of next year.
