How good does this team look if they got one call at KU and didn’t get curb stomped by the refs at OU?

I try not to get TOO greedy about the record -- could have lost at home to Tech and at OSU ... but I wouldn't mind having even one of at KU/vs. KSU ... I'll chalk up the TCU home loss to an off-day, and we returned the favor and a split isn't bad. We let the at OU game get away from us.

Shot selection was so much smarter in the first half in particular today than in a long time. They had a sketchy stretch of late clock jumpers in the second half but they did go in at a higher clip, yes.

That’s the end of game killer instinct that’s been missing the last few weeks. Held PU to 2 pts the last 6:14 while bottle clutch shots down the stretch. Love seeing GK and TE get some offense going, too.

ISU set a school record for field goal percentage in a conference game today. Wow. Didn't this same team have the lowest scoring output in like 60 years when they scored 41? This team is a little streaky.

I think Tre’s decline in minutes has more to do with Gabe doing well as the backup PG when Hunter needs a rest.

Walker just provides more than Tre right now.

Especially because OU is rated surpisingly high in the dreaded NET.

So mad I was on the road and didn’t get to catch this game. Just followed along on the phone. That defense appeared good again but the offense wow! Talk about balanced scoring and efficiency.

For those who watched it, how did we look? Hard to get a full picture from just following a box score.

Either way a huge win and with that margin I assume we should get a little bump up the NET. Two more wins to go to be solidly in but this week was massive.

I thought there were some better shots taken today, but in some of the losses there were a lot of easy open shots missed. Even with the good numbers, ISU missed 3-4 absolute bunnies, including the dunk by Brockington.

Agreed… and 19 assists on 33 made baskets is a great percentage! Would like to keep seeing those high assists numbers!
