Have to go for my home team. Probably will refrain from posting here Sunday. Sucks that one of my team's seasons will come to an end Sunday, but the other is in the Sweet 16. Both have far exceeded expectations this year, so I won't complain. This is a matchup I've wanted for 12 years.
Are you an Iowa State alum? I'd say go with Iowa State if you are. That's why I'll be cheering for Wisconsin.

But yeah, both teams have really exceeded expectations so I'm just excited to see them moving on to the round of 32.

I work with nothing but Bucky fans but I'm going to send out the Register's Hunter article tomorrow so they can see one of their own doing so well and such a nice story.

Probably slip some **** about how there's other conferences outside the B1G but seriously most of them act like they don't know that.

I think you should, it's an excellent story.

And I get it, I'm a Wisconsin (and Iowa State) fan who lives in Wisconsin. I think some fans in Wisconsin can be too focused on the Big 10.

I only did 2 years so no. Honestly don't think I even started paying attention to basketball until after I left.

Well, my prediction from 3 weeks ago came true. Now you guys will get to see the desperation of Brad Davison in possibly his last game.

This has shades of Sparty in 2000, de-facto home game for the Badgers. I m sure the refs will call it evenly also.

A friend and I gamble on pretty much every game, forced action (you have to accept the bet). He took the dog in almost every game. He is not having a good tournament.

Since everyone would consider this a Wisconsin home game, let's see how the Bucky's did at home this year:
3 point win over Nicholls state
4 point win over Illinois state
12 point LOSS against Michigan State
1 point LOSS against Nebraska
2 point win over Penn State
5 point LOSS to Providence

Looking at their season, they are a few points away from having a worse record than Iowa State.

According to my count, ISU has the same number of wins against the round of 32 (5) as Wisconsin. Also, a comparative game, both played Iowa at home. Iowa State won by 20, Bucky's by 9.

You also forgot the 38 point win against UW Green Bay, 13 point win against Marquette, 5 point win against Indiana, 9 point win against Iowa (which you mentioned in a different post), 10 point win against Ohio State, 14 point win over Michigan, and 3 point win against Purdue to clinch a share of the title.

And then there was the 6 point win against Minnesota and 8 point loss to Rutgers (I'm surprised you didn't list that one)

I wouldn't be bragging about a one point loss to Nebraska.
