At least he said we deserved to win. But I noticed he never said anything about TJ like he has been doing with other coaches who've won thus far.
TJ had these guys ready and playing hard.

Actually, Iowa State games are not the only ones that have been ugly. A lot of these games are finishing in the 50's. Bring back freedom of movement!
How about the offensive foul call on Brockington in the first half. IB was cutting through the lane and Davison was boxing him out and keeping him from moving to the baseline. Then when Brockington pushed off, whistle on IB.

I'll say this now...........I think this game was much tougher than what they will see next week and there is a better than even chance they are in the elite 8. The Big Ten conference champs on basically their own court.
Yes, the point guard going down hurt Wisky alot......but that was a home court if ever I have heard one.
One last thing I will agree with Hawk fans on.......Davison seems very punchable.

Same here with the cap tip. A couple of times I couldn't help but wonder why Kalscheur was shooting so much when other guys were more effective. I guess he wanted to wait for the biggest game of the season to carry the Cyclones on his back.
Chapman is worse. At least Huggy didn't feel the need to ballwash Bucky ike the rest of the panel.
I think it was obvious today which team was more battle-tested.
Hopefully we all stop crapping on any of these guys for the remainder of the season. Every single player has given their all and done what none of us could've ever expected. Bonehead plays happen, and will happen. Just hope we can save the hate for the guys we are playing against and of course the officials that will suck... and announcers. Let's go Cyclones!
